This is one of those easy quick meals that I have in mind when I only have 15 minutes to prepare lunch or dinner, which include a trip to the backyard to pick up some basil leaves and Thai chilies. I got my basil plants from Trader Joe's and stick it in my raised bed. Surprisingly, it is still alive after 6 months.
Hubby loves this and so does my boys - I just have to make sure they don't eat the chilies. :)
