Our family love camping. I never thought I would say it but the benefits truly outweigh the inconveniences. I started to really enjoy camping after we start sleeping inside the van instead of in the tent. After a few camping trips, we have a list of regular camping menu ideas. I thought I put it here for future reference or in case anyone need it.
Breakfast:
1. Homemade breads with jam / nutella
2. Instant noodles + eggs: scrambled, boiled, or omelette
3. Porridge, made with left over soup and rice from previous night.
Drink: coffee & tea

Lunch:
1. Ham and cheese sandwich or hotdog bun with pineapple sausage + lettuce
2. Quesadillas
3. Spam Musubi
Dinner:
1. Chicken Teriyaki or Kalbi Beef eat with rice or roasted potatoes with stir fried veggies
2. Soto Ayam: Indonesian Chicken Soup made with instant seasoning + rice
3. Spaghetti with meatballs / Fried rice
