Hi there, I just realized it's been 3 months since I last post recipe. Where did the time go?
Anyway, I am back to share the recipe of one of our favorite food: fried wonton. I just cook some of these and they were gone in a day.
First thing first, mix all of the ingredients inside a mixing bowl.Brush the edges with water and fold each skin to a triangle.
Brush one point of the triangle with water then stick it to the opposite point so it resembles a boat
Like this:
Deep-fry the wonton and drain on paper towel
Someone keep stealing them:
Eat with sweet and sour dipping sauce. Yummmm
