Indonesian Fried Wonton { Pangsit Goreng }

Hi there, I just realized it's been 3 months since I last post recipe. Where did the time go? 
Anyway, I am back to share the recipe of one of our favorite food: fried wonton. I just cook some of these and they were gone in a day.  Pangsit Goreng / Indonesian Fried Wonton
First thing first, mix all of the ingredients inside a mixing bowl.
Brush the edges with water and fold each skin to a triangle.

Brush one point of the triangle with water then stick it to the opposite point so it resembles a boat

Deep-fry the wonton and drain on paper towel Fried WontonSomeone keep stealing them:

Eat with sweet and sour dipping sauce. Yummmm
 Pangsit Goreng
Indonesian Fried Wonton { Pangsit Goreng }
Printable Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork
10-12 shrimp - cut into small pieces
1 large shallot or ½ onion
2 onion leaf
4 garlic
1 tbs fish sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
Dashes of salt & pepper

1 package of thin dumpling skin

Directions:
Mix together all of the ingredients except the dumpling skin in a large mixing bowl

Scoop about ¾ teaspoon of the mixed ingredients and put it in the middle of dumpling skin. Brush the edges of the dumpling with water and fold each skin to a triangle.

Brush one point of the triangle with water and stick it to the opposite point, so it resembles a boat.Then deep-fry the wonton in a pan filled with hot oil and drain on paper towel.
