Stir-Fried Broccoli with Egg White

Thursday, September 21, 2017

Broccoli is one of few vegetables that my kids like to eat so I almost always have it on the fridge. I also almost always have left over egg white from ice cream making so I thought I should try to use them both.
First, cut and rinse the broccoli

Steam the broccoli 'till half cooked - about 5 minutes

Meanwhile mince the garlic

Stir fry the ground meat and mushroom

Add the broccoli and egg white then continue stirring and cooking 'till cooked.
