Indonesian Siu Mai or Siomay Bandung

I have been tweaking and making this recipe so many time throughout the years. It never fails to make my boys smile every time they see these.
The ground meat pork mixture
Put it inside a round wonton wrap

Eat with potatoes, cabbage, and 
tofu:
Steam for about 10 minutes until cooked.

Siomay Bandung
Ingredients:
1 cup fish paste
1 cup ground pork
1 cup shrimp - chopped and peeled
150 gr Tapioca flour
1 carrot - shredded

1 green onion
1 egg

½ block of chicken stock or 1 Tb fish sauce
1 Tb sesame oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 Tb oyster sauce
3 cloves of garlic - minced
a package of round wonton skin like this

Side dish:
2 potatoes, sliced into 1 inch cubes
1 package of tofu, sliced into 1 inch cubes
Cabbage or bokchoy, peeled as side dish
SauceYou can use any Indonesian instant peanut sauce like this one, boiled with a cup of water. Add to the sauce 1 lime juice & sweet soy sauce as prefer

Directions:Mix together all of the above ingredients inside a large mixing bowl, except the side dish and sauce
Place the mixed ingredient inside each wonton skin 
Steam the wonton and side dish until cooked.
Eat with the peanut sauce on top
