Sweet corns are in season right during summer. Our favorite
is the white corns from the farmer market. They are sweet and crunchy. We often
grill them but when it's raining or we don't have access to grill, I usually
just roast them in the oven.
I wasn't planning to upload this simple recipe but Max was asking me if I share
the recipe to the blog yet while eating the corn. I told him, "No because it's easy everyone can do I."
He then replied, "But
mama, I don't know how to cook it yet. Can you please write it down so I can make
it when I am big?"
How can I say no to that?
So here it's Max just for you:
