Fried Meatballs {Indonesian Bakso Goreng}


My local mom shared with me this Fried Meatballs' recipe. I cooked this last weekend after we are done with coughing and made the boys very happy.

The process:
Blend all the ingredients together

Use two spoons to make small balls, about 1 inch in diameter

Heat the oil then deep fried the meat balls until golden or cracked

Eat as appetizer with sweet soy sauce and chili sauce or enjoy with soup

Ingredients
1 pound ground pork or beef
10 shrimp - thaw, peeled, cut into small pieces (about 0.5 centimeter)
10 ounces of tapioca flour
4 eggs
4 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
Vegetable Oil - enough for deep frying
 

Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together
Use two spoons to make balls, about 1 inch in diameter
Heat the oil. 

Deep fried the meat balls until golden or cracked (about five minutes)
