The ingredients:
Cold Brew Coffee Recipe
Mix the ground coffee with water in a large container then leave it in the room temperature for 12 hours.
Then strained (I use regular tea strainer)
Pour them inside a french press (or regular water pot if you don't have one), then put them inside the fridge
When you're ready for a coffee, get some ice, pour the coffee, mix in the half-and-half, sugar, and condensed milk. Stir well and enjoy!
Perfect Cold Brew Coffee
Ingredients
Yield: 8 serving of coffee
4 ounces or 113 grams of Ground Coffee (I got mine from Costco: Colombian Supremo)
2 litter Cold Water
Milk or Half & half - as prefer
Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 Tablespoons per serving)
2 teaspoons sugar or Simple Syrup (2 tablespoon per serving) - I used to use sugar but it doesn't dissolved well.
Directions:
1. In a large container, mix ground coffee with water.
2. Cover and allow to sit at room temperature 8 to 12 hours
3. Strain with tea strainer set over a french press or water pitcher. Pour coffee/water mixture through the strainer, allowing all liquid to run through. Discard/ compose the grounds.
4. Place the coffee liquid in the fridge and allow to cool. Use as needed.
5. To make iced coffee, add ice (as much as you prefer) to the glass. Fill glass 2/3 full with coffee liquid. Add healthy splash of half-and-half. Add sweetened condensed milk and sugar, stir well.
6. Taste and adjust half-and-half and/or sweetened condensed milk as needed.
Enjoy!
