Chocolate Chips Oatmeal Pancakes

We had a very ripe banana one day and I was reminded of a pancake recipe that I found on Pinterest a little while ago. So happy that we now own a griddle so we can finally make it.

I love the fact that it doesn't use any sugar. Not even a pinch. How cool is that?

Mash the banana

Add the egg, oil, salt, vanilla, butter, milk

Stir them all together. I let my little chef handle this part

Lastly, stir in the flour, oat, and chocolate chips

Then cook on the griddle

Flip then cook the other side

Then it's ready to be eaten with maple syrup
