The Ingredients:
I love the fact that it doesn't use any sugar. Not even a pinch. How cool is that?
Mash the banana
Add the egg, oil, salt, vanilla, butter, milk
Stir them all together. I let my little chef handle this part
Lastly, stir in the flour, oat, and chocolate chips
Then cook on the griddle
Flip then cook the other side
Then it's ready to be eaten with maple syrup
Chocolate Chips Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 very ripe banana
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon butter, softened
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 Tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon butter for cooking
Directions:
- Mash the very ripe banana with fork
- Add baking powder, egg, oil, salt, vanilla extract, butter, and milk then stir
- Stir in the flour, oat, and chocolate chips
- Heat the griddle over medium heat. Once the griddle is hot, melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter
- Using small soup ladle or 1/4 cup measurement, pour batter onto griddle
- Let it cook until the bubbles begin to form, about 2-4 minutes
- Flip then let the other side cook until golden brown
- Serve with maple syrup
