Bruschetta Ooooo how I love you. I don't know if it's the pesto, the balsamic, or the the combination of all the ingredients. Please don't blame me if you get addicted to it like me. ;)

The ingredients: grape tomatoes , butter, french bread {you can buy it at the store or if you have a bread maker and would like to make one yourself, the recipe can be found here}

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Pesto - I make one from scratch sometimes but if I don't this one from Trader Joe's is my choice:

Fresh Mozzarella also from Trader Joe's

Slice tomatoes in half

slice the mozzarella balls in half as well:

add pesto and balsamic vinaigrette

mix them well:

Now prepare the bread:

Spread PLENTY of butter on one side

Broil in the preheated oven for about 3 minutes until slightly burn

add the tomatoes mixture on top

Bon Appetit
