I love granola but I found the store bought ones to be too sweet to my taste so, I was super duper happy when I learned how easy it is to make it.

Poured the mixture over a greased baking sheet then press them evenly

How to make granola
Homemade Granola
Ingredients:
¼ cup honey
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup butter 
3 ½ cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sliced or chopped almond (optional)
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup raisin 

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit

In a big mixing bowl, whisk together honey, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, butter, and oil

Toss in the oats, almonds and chocolate chips. Stir.

Thoroughly greased baking sheet with butter or oil.

Spread the mixture into the prepared baking sheet; Press evenly.

Bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven, stir, spread out again, and bake 10 more minutes or until granola is lightly browned.

Remove from oven, let cool completely, add raisin, then store in an airtight container.
