Fail-proof Banana Bread Recipe

Easy no mixer needed banana bread
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 egg
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 3 small to medium size bananas, mashed
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips or blueberry
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In another large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir into the butter mixture and mix them until smooth.
- Finally, fold in the sour cream, walnuts/ berries/ chocolate, and bananas. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Cool loaf in the pan for 30 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
