Quesadillas

My neighbor and friend, Silvi, taught me how to make this one day. Since then I have been making it often. This is also one of my go to meal for camping or at lunch time when we don't have any dinner left over.

Ingredients:
Flour Tortillas. My favorite is this one from Trader Joe's:

Next is cheese. Any kind would do but Silvi told me Muenster is her favorite, not too cheesy or too salty.

Cut/ slice the cheese into smaller size.

You can fill it with cheese only or add other ingredients such as meat, onion, bell pepper, and mushroom:

Heat the pan, add oil, place the onion, mushroom, and bell pepper. Stir fry until done.

Heat a large pan, place one tortillas, add the cheese

and the rest of the inside

Place the top tortillas, peek to see if the bottom tortillas is golden or a little bit burn.

Turn over and cook until the other side is golden.

Cut each one into wedges

Enjoy
